The Ormondroyd Foundation is a private charitable foundation dedicated to supporting children and animals who have been disadvantaged by birth or circumstance and deserve the opportunity to improve their situation and shape a better future.
Guided by compassion, responsibility, and stewardship, the Foundation seeks to create meaningful impact where it can make the greatest difference.
Our Focus
The Foundation’s work centers on two core areas:
- Children & Youth — supporting young people whose circumstances have limited their access to safety, stability, education, or opportunity.
- Animals — supporting companion and disadvantaged animals, particularly those affected by neglect, abandonment, or mistreatment.
Support is provided selectively and thoughtfully, with an emphasis on organizations and efforts that demonstrate integrity, effectiveness, and alignment with the Foundation’s mission.
The Foundation approaches its work with the belief that meaningful change often begins with the right support at the right moment. By partnering with organizations that share its commitment to care, accountability, and long-term impact, the Foundation seeks to help create conditions where individuals and animals can move beyond immediate hardship and toward stability and growth.
Whether supporting a child going through health crisis, children needing safety in troubled environments, or helping an animal find safety and a permanent home, the goal is the same — to help open the door to a better path forward and the possibility of a new day.

The Foundation’s name and identity reflect a simple belief: circumstances do not define potential.

For many, the path forward is shaped long before they have a voice in it. Some are born into environments where stability, support, and opportunity are limited or absent. Others are left without care, protection, or the basic conditions needed to thrive. These realities are not a reflection of worth, but of circumstance.
